Todd Anderson

Beginning in college as a part-time range assistant at Golf Digest Schools and later as an apprentice PGA pro at Green Ridge Country Club near Grand Rapids, Todd Anderson embarked on an uncertain path that led him to becoming one of the game’s best teachers.

Following successful stints as an assistant golf professional and Director of Golf, Anderson focused his full-time attention on golf instruction. As Director of Instruction, he guided the program at the Breakers Golf Club in Palm Beach, Florida, to national prominence before arriving at Sea Island, Georgia. During his years at Sea Island GC, Anderson developed a state-of-the-art learning and performance center with a multi-disciplinary approach.

In 2010, the PGA of America named Anderson its “Teacher of the Year,” the first Michigan native to be so nationally honored. His students including over 100 PGA Tour players, with 2012 FedEx Cup Champion Brandt Snedeker, 2014 FedEx Cup Champion Billy Horschel, Davis Love III and Justin Leonard among them.
